**Dr. Reckeweg R45 Drops** (also known as *Laryngitis / Hoarseness Drops*) is a homeopathic formulation designed to treat inflammation and irritation of the voice box, larynx, and vocal cords.
**Primary Uses & Indications**
* **Hoarseness & Loss of Voice (Aphonia):** Relieves hoarseness, strained voice, and sudden loss of voice caused by vocal strain or inflammation.
* **Laryngitis & Vocal Cord Stress:** Reduces swelling and irritation in the larynx, particularly in teachers, singers, speakers, or public performers who frequently overuse their voice.
* **Throat Irritation & Dryness:** Eases tickling, raw, or burning sensations in the throat that trigger a dry, hacking cough.
**Key Active Ingredients**
* **Argentum Nitricum:** Specifically targets acute or chronic hoarseness, vocal cord inflammation, and throat tightness in public speakers or performers.
* **Arnica Montana:** Eases strain and soreness in the vocal cords resulting from vocal overuse or shouting.
* **Arum Triphyllum:** Addresses extreme throat raw-feeling, burning pain, and cracking or breaking of the voice during speech.

**General Dosage Instructions**
