Dr. Reckeweg R4 (Enterocolin) is a homeopathic formulation used primarily for managing acute and chronic diarrhea, gastroenteritis, and related intestinal discomfort.
Primary Indications
Diarrhea & Loose Stools: Eases frequent, watery, or loose bowel movements caused by dietary indiscretions, summer heat, or viral/bacterial intestinal infections.

General Dosage Guidance
Acute Diarrhea: Take 10 to 15 drops diluted in a small amount of water every 1 to 2 hours during the peak of symptoms.
Standard / Recovery Dosage: As stool consistency improves, reduce to 10 to 15 drops 3 times daily before meals.
Note: Severe or persistent diarrhea can rapidly cause dangerous dehydration, especially in young children and the elderly. If symptoms persist beyond 24–48 hours, or are accompanied by blood in the stool, persistent vomiting, or severe fever, seek immediate medical care.
