​AF-Tabs are typically used at the very first onset of flu-like symptoms to help reduce discomfort and support natural recovery. They target:
​Sneezing and Runny Nose: Watery nasal discharge and nasal congestion.
​Body Aches & Muscle Pain: General fatigue, weakness, and deep-seated aches (especially in the back, arms, and legs) commonly linked with viral fevers.

​Composition & Key Ingredients
​The formulation consists of four prominent homeopathic remedies in equal proportions (typically at 3x potency):

​Eupatorium Perfoliatum (3x): Often called the “boneset” plant, this ingredient is traditionally used for deep, aching bone and muscle pains associated with influenza and fever.

​Dosage and Administration
​Adults: Generally, 2 tablets every three hours or up to 4 times a day.
​Children: Half of the adult dose (or as advised by a physician).
